• install MIMEsweeper for Web cache and system temp directories on different hard disk than system
• create classifications for SSL, binary data, sizeblock, root-block
• create appropiate block messages
• create zones for FTP, HTTP, and HTTPS
• create folders for FTP, HTTP and HTTPS

• put classifier in root and disable it in downlevel folders
• put classifier in HTTPS to block ssl
• put antivirus szenarios in FTP and HTTP folder
• put sizeblocker (Datatypemanager) in FTP and HTTP folder
• put binary data blocker (Datatypemanager) in FTP and HTTP folder to block unknown file types
• configure auto-update for Virus scanner and auto restart service

• create a userlist for all users who will access MIMEsweeper for Web
• configure basic authentication (or NTLM if using only MS Internet Explorer)
• configure Runtime statistics access
• configure custom block page and custum progress message
• configure proxy logging
• configure auditor for reporting

• Use PAC-File or INS-File for client configuration
• Configure Client Browser settings (no friendly http-error messages, no FTP-Folder view, HTTP 1.1)
• configure taskpad view in MMC for restart service batchfile
• configure URL-Filter Auto-update
• dont change proxy cache settings :-)
• only use textanalyzer if u have very fast servers :-)
